British Values and Prevent

At JS Consult, it is a part of our ethos to uphold the British Values. The British values are an integral part of the Prevent Strategy aimed to promote a cohesive and inclusive society within the workplace. Every apprentice should actively incorporate these:

• recognition and respect for democracy – ensuring everyone has a voice in decision-making, their opinion counts, and they are aware of their rights and responsibilities
• respect for the rule of law – No one is above the law and there are Agreed ways of working, policies and procedures
• Individual liberty – Protection of your rights and the right of others you work with
• respect and tolerance of others – being aware that beliefs and values will differ and learning to respect everyone’s individuality.
